Mike has spent more than 30 years managing the programs that matter most — large, mission-critical projects where the stakes are real and getting it wrong isn't an option. He's worked across industries and at every level, from shaping information systems strategy through to standing on the ground on go-live day making sure the transition holds.
His particular strength is the intersection of technology and people — understanding that a system implementation is never just a technical exercise, and that business readiness, change management, and stakeholder alignment are what determine whether a project actually delivers its intended value.
Mike believes consulting works best when you stay close to the problem. After 30 years, he still does the work himself.

Alexandra has over 20 years of experience helping organizations work smarter — automating business processes, delivering decision support solutions, and managing the complex finance and operational system implementations that keep large organizations running efficiently.
As Director of Operations at iS Solutions since the firm's early years, Alexandra is the reason engagements run as well as they do. She brings a rare combination of deep technical understanding and operational discipline — the kind of person who can translate a complex business problem into a clear, executable plan and then make sure it actually gets executed.
Her work spans finance systems, process automation, regulatory reporting, and the training and change management programs that make those systems actually stick.
