Our client is proceeding with a multi million dollar project to re-engineer their core business. This includes a complete redesign of business processes, systems and roles that staff perform.

Our mandate is to ensure that the organization is prepared for implementation by coordinating the efforts needed to get ready for the change.

In total over 2000 staff will be impacted by the change.

Readiness activities include:

  • Introducing concepts to internal and external stakeholders (in preparation for training)

  • Planning all the activity needed to transition to the new world

  • Providing a detailed cutover plan
