We have built knowledge management system bases to support large scale change programs at two large organizations that the staff use as reference guides. They are the central repositories which contain all procedures, processes, standards, guidelines, job aides and role specific instructions for staff.

These knowledge bases were tightly integrated to support classroom training and have become an integral support tool on an ongoing basis.
