Our client is proceeding with a multi million project to re-engineer their core business. This includes a complete redesign of business processes, systems and roles that staff perform.

Our mandate is to ensure that the organisation is prepared for implementation by co-ordinating the efforts needed to get ready for the change.

In total over 2000 staff will be impacted by the change.

  • introducing concepts to internal and external stakeholders (in preparation for training)
  • planning all the activity needed to transition to the new world
